Tips for Support
We provide support to registered users only.
Our goal is to provide excellent support to our customers. We want you to be a delighted Quma customer.
If you have a problem, the very first thing that will help us fix the problem is for you to let us know about it. We can't fix a problem if we don't know the problem exists. Our products are used by thousands of users. Chances are pretty good that we can solve your problem.
Before we can help you, you need to help us understand what the problem is. If you have a problem, or what appears to be a bug, it helps tremendously if you can reproduce the bug. A bug that can be reproduced is a bug that can be fixed, usually pretty easily.
We prefer that you ask for support via the forums, or via e-mail. The forums and/or e-mail is better than phone for most support situations because it inherently provides an audit trail of the support issue.
When sending e-mail (to support@qumasoft.com), please be sure to include "QVCS" in the subject line, or within the body of the e-mail so that we can distinguish your support request from the thousands of SPAM messages that we receive daily.
If you have not received a reply from us within 24 hours, please check to make sure that mail from the qumasoft.com domain is not being treated as SPAM.
