Locations
On the Admin→Preferences... dialog, you can use the Locations tab to define the default directories that QWin will use when creating new projects.
The Default Workfile Location specifies the base directory on your computer where you keep the work files that you manage with QVCS. The Default Archive Location specifies the base directory where you store the QVCS archive files associated with your work files; if you work in a development team, this directory should be on a file server to which all users have access. The Default Reference Location defines a base directory for reference files, which you may or may not need. Click the [...] buttons to browse for the desired directories.
These locations are used by the new project wizard pages to define the default values for the respective directories that must be defined as part of defining a new project.
