Protect QVCS Archive (PROTECTLOGFILE)
The PROTECTLOGFILE attribute tells QVCS whether it should write-protect the QVCS archive. If PROTECTLOGFILE is on (the default), all QVCS operations will leave the QVCS archive write-protected after they complete. This makes it so that you can't inadvertently delete a QVCS archive, since you'd have to go through the extra step of changing the file attribute. Since the QVCS archive contains a history of the modification made to the file it describes, there are obvious advantages to enabling the PROTECTLOGFILE attribute.
