 | When a project or project sub-directory is selected, clicking this button will get all the files of that project or sub-project and either create or overwrite (if indicated) the associated work files. When focus is on a file or a group of files, clicking this button will get the selected file(s). |
 | When focus is on the project tree, clicking this button will check out all the files of a project. When focus is on a file or a group of files, clicking this button will check out the selected files. At the file level, this button is enabled only if you are on the access list of the selected file(s). |
 | Clicking this button adds the selected work file(s) to the current project. This button is enabled only when one or more work files are selected. |
 | When focus is on the project tree, clicking this button will check in all the files of a project that you have checked out. When focus is on a file or a group of files, clicking this button will check in the selected file(s). At the file level, this button is enabled only if you are on the access list of the selected file(s) and you have checked the files out. (If lock-checking is not enabled, the button is always enabled). |
 | When focus is on the project tree, clicking this button will undo the check out of any files of a project that you have checked out or locked. When focus is on a file or a group of files, clicking this button will undo check out of the selected file(s). At the file level, this button is enabled only if you are on the access list of the selected file(s) and you have them checked out. |
 | When focus is on the project tree, clicking this button will lock all the files of a project. When focus is on a file or a group of files, clicking this button will lock the selected files. At the file level, this button is enabled only if you are on the access list of the selected file(s). |
 | When focus is on the project tree, clicking this button will label all the files of a project with the specified label. When focus is on a file or a group of files, clicking this button will label the selected file(s). At the file level, this button is enabled only if you are on the access list of the selected file(s). |
 | Click this button to define, enable, or disable file groups. |
 | Click this button to define the sort order for the revisions displayed in the Revision Information pane at the bottom right of the window. |
 | Click this button to define any filter criteria for the revisions displayed in the Revision Information pane at the bottom right of the window. |
 | Click this button to define any filter criteria for the list of files displayed in the file list pane of the window. |
 | When focus is on the project tree, clicking this button allows you to see in a summary dialog a comparison of all the work files of the current project with their respective latest revisions. This is an easy way to see the differences between your copy of the work files and the latest revisions that have been checked in. When focus is on a single file, clicking this button allows you to compare the current work file with any revision within the associated QVCS archive file. |
 | Click this button to toggle directory recursion. When directory recursion is enabled, the file list will show all the files in the selected directory and all files in all sub-directories. When recursion is not enabled, the file list will show just those files associated with the selected directory. |
